Poem : Will you remember?

Comments · 188 Views

If I get your love, I will be a human being in the next life, you take it.
Will you remember?

Will you remember us falling in love when we are sixteen years old in the next birth?

In the chest, there will be a large floor, and I will spread the chilly carpet there.

We'll sit together in the evening.

A star or two will fall from the sky!

Star tears will suddenly stream down your eyelids;

You'll perform a song penned by a weary poet—

I'll just sit quietly and stare at you.

Will you remember?

I shall pay the distance of this birth in the next birth.

The scent of your hair from this birth should carry over to the next,

The urge of this birth should remain in the next birth.

I'll be a vagabond and your emotion, passion!

First and foremost, I shall deconstruct the elegance of this birth.

If you cry, I will instantly absorb all of the water with deep joy.

In another life, I'll be a poet and write millions of songs about you!

Will you remember?

And, regardless of what occurs, I will be a bird in the next birth;

I will be the colour of Holi and the grass of the field.

I'll be the perpetual blue morning, looking out at the autumn sky.

Regardless, I shall be your first man!

Will you remember?

Your diamond-crushed love will fill my whole body—

My arrogance will be snatched away by your current.

I have so much to say that I won't be able to express in this life.

My heart was full with words that were nicely ordered but couldn't be spoken in rhythm.

This birth was cut short in the company of the impossible,

If I get your love, I will be a human being in the next life, you take it.

Will you remember?
