After uni, what do we think about women leadership programmes?
I'm currently juggling final-year stress while also trying to figure out my post-graduation plans. Lately, I've been seeing more conversations around women leadership programmes, and it's made me curious. Are these programmes the right way to build leadership skills, or are general leadership courses just as effective?
While researching different options, I came across the Vedica Scholars Programme for Women, which takes a dedicated approach to developing future women leaders. You can learn more here: https://vedicascholars.com/why....-the-vedica-scholars
Has anyone here joined or seriously considered a women leadership programme? I'd love to know what makes these programmes stand out and whether they offer real advantages for long-term career growth.
