We take the welfare of our puppies incredibly seriously. We are a professional company who consider the welfare of our pups and staff as our prime concern.

From the moment of their birth, these puppies are under our careful monitoring and supervision. We are committed to ensuring their health, happiness, and socialization journey from the very beginning.

We wanted to create an experience that combines movement and mindfulness, whilst gaining the very-real benefits that petting animals delivers.

Mental Wellbeing.

In an ever more stressful world, it’s increasingly important to maintain good mental health.

Interacting with animals has been shown to decrease levels of cortisol (a stress-related hormone) and lower blood pressure. Other studies have found that animals can reduce loneliness, increase feelings of social support, and boost your mood.

Combining yoga with animal cuddles makes for the paw-fect de-stress!

Puppy Socialisation.

It’s important for puppies to interact with humans from a young age, to help develop their confidence. Pups Yoga is the perfect, relaxing environment for this!

By introducing them to lots of new things at a young age, you're building up their bank of experiences which will better prepare them for unknown situations in the future. This helps them become a healthier, happier dog!
