Startup India Seed Fund Scheme: Eligibility & Grants
Startup India Seed Fund Scheme (SISFS) supports early-stage startups with funding for proof of concept, prototype development, product trials, market entry and commercialization. Eligible startups must be DPIIT-recognized, incorporated within the last two years, technology-driven, and have a scalable business idea. Selected startups can receive up to ₹20 lakh as a milestone-based grant for PoC/prototype development and up to ₹50 lakh through convertible debentures or debt-linked instruments for commercialization or scaling. Funding is provided through eligible incubators.
