Hello, I recently flew with EgyptAir DUS Terminal from Düsseldorf and thought I'd post my opinions. The airport was clean and fairly quiet, so the check-in experience felt less hectic. EgyptAir staff were courteous and efficient. Security procedures were hassle-free, although the waiting area after security had few amenities. Boarding was on time and staff handled it efficiently. Although there is scope for improvement in dining and entertainment facilities, the efficiency and peaceful ambiance compensated for it. EgyptAir's presence at DUS Terminal is a good choice for a hassle-free international departure. A peaceful, clean, and uncomplicated process.
