Commercial Biogas Plant - A Sustainable Energy Solution by Koshish India
Introduction
Today, when the demand for renewable energy is on the rise and growing, the commercial biogas plant is one of the safest, most reliable, and environmentally friendly alternatives to the non-renewable sources of energy we depend on. They are effective waste management platforms and provide clean biogas to reduce our reliance on fossil fuels. At Koshish India, we are dedicated to delivering innovative, sustainable, advanced biogas plant technology and building awareness of the importance of energy efficiency.
What is a Commercial Biogas Plant?
A commercial biogas plant is a large composting facility that converts organic waste to biogas and bio-fertilizer. A commercial biogas plant operates on the process of anaerobic digestion. Organic materials such as food waste, agricultural butters, and livestock waste are digested by microorganisms in an anaerobic condition. Anaerobic digestion results in biogas which, as described above, is mostly methane, about 70% to 80%, with the remaining being carbon dioxide, and organic manure that can be harvested and used as fertilizer.
Benefits of Commercial Biogas Plant
There are plenty of advantages for companies, municipalities, and commercial stakeholders in building, or investing in, a biogas plant:
Renewable Energy Production - biogas generates reliable and clean biogas for cooking, heating, and power.
Waste management - efficient disposal of organic waste to landfill.
(Cost Saving)
Highly cost and time effective - diminish reliance on fossil fuels, and benefit from owning their own biogas plant.
