My experience at the Leonardo da Vinci–Fiumicino Airport terminal was mostly smooth and pleasant, and I recently flew Aeromexico Airline. The fast check-in process and the friendly, competent staff helped to lower the usual travel-related stress. Clean, well-organized, and simple to find your way around, the Aeromexico Airlines FCO Terminal had much Italian and English signage. Having gone through the security lines at a reasonable pace, I was able to spend my time in a good number of restaurants and shops. With Wi-Fi, excellent cuisine, and a calm atmosphere, the Aeromexico lounge was a wonderful bonus. Since I don't speak Italian, I appreciated the gate crew's straightforward directions in both languages. Boarding was swift and organized. I was also struck by how attentive the airline personnel were to travelers needing extra assistance. Given the choice, I would definitely fly with Aeromexico from this airport going forward because their service at FCO was mostly outstanding and helped me to start my trip stress-free.
