A brief summary about me: I have been investing through MFs for couple of years now (about 20% of my salary) and in a small number of stocks. I have very little knowledge of stock market and I am trying to invest in stocks for long term savings. I incline towards MFs because there I have an option to pick reliable/safe options and don't keep on checking on them again and again.
