Hi there! I needed to confirm some baggage rules for my flight and stopped by the Qatar Airways Jakarta Office. My customer service experience was just great. The attendants spent time going over everything thoroughly with me and even printed out some useful documents. I did not feel rushed or overlooked. They cared enough about making sure that I was fully equipped for my flight. It's not often you come across such committed service in person nowadays. I'm absolutely thankful for their assistance and feel a lot more at ease about my trip now. Highly recommended for peace of mind prior to flying!
