I didn't want my elderly father to handle travel preparations by myself because he needed to take a plane to Vancouver. Thus, we traveled to Beirut jointly to see the Air Canada Office in Beirut. They were really accommodating. They checked his specific meal orders, made sure wheelchair assistance was set up, and pre-selected an aisle seat near the lavatory. They brought a sense of personalization and respect to the entire process. There are no words to describe my gratitude. Having that peace of mind is invaluable when your parents are traveling the world alone. We are grateful to the generous staff of the Beirut office; you have had a significant impact.
