Radha Yadav — From a Tiny House to Team India!
Radha Yadav is a 26-year-old left-arm spinner from Mumbai whose life story is truly amazing. She grew up in a small home in Kandivli, where her father ran a vegetable stall. Born prematurely, she overcame early health challenges and started playing cricket with boys in her housing society, where a coach noticed her talent at just 12 years old. Her hard work paid off when she made her India debut at just 17! She is also the first woman cricketer from Gujarat to be picked for the Indian national team. She kept growing stronger — across 89 T20Is, she has taken 103 wickets at an outstanding average of 19.09. She was also part of the Indian team that won the 2025 ICC Women's Cricket World Cup. Radha's journey shows that dreams do come true with hard work!
