For solving Brother Hl-L2380DW Offline, make sure the printer is connected to your computer. Ensure that your printer and computer are both connected to the USB cable you're using. Instead of using the hub, try connecting straight to the PC. Make that the ethernet wire is correctly connected to the printer, router, hub, or switch if you're using one. Check the IP address and print the network settings page. Print out the network configuration page via a wireless connection to verify the IP address.
