- Full Assessment:
You can choose the Full Assessment pathway under the following conditions:
Either you have a degree-level qualification that is business, management or leadership focused and 3 years of experience in a management role.
Or, you possess a minimum of five years of management experience (equivalent to Level 5 or senior/operational management level) if you are without a management specific qualification.

What’s the cost and what’s involved?
You need to complete a written application, which summarizes your management and leadership journey to date and showcases some of your key attainments.
After that, you will be introduced to one of CMI’s independent Chartered Manager assessors. They will fix an online professional discussion with you to know more about your application, which will be an opportunity for you to bring your experiences and skills to life.
After completing the professional discussion, the assessor will completely review both elements of your application and let you know about the outcome.
It will cost you £650+VAT and an ongoing annual membership fee where applicable.

Complete and submit CMI’s application template for CMI assessment depending upon your chosen method.
